Meet Andy

My Focus

Estate Planning: I help clients plan for an orderly transfer of their assets to the intended beneficiaries in a cost and tax efficient manner.

Trust & Estate Administration: I assist families and professional trustees through the administration process that occurs after an individual’s death. Administering an estate or trust can be complicated and daunting--a lot must happen in a relatively short time.

Asset Protection:  Our clients work hard to earn and save money, and I help protect their assets from being lost to death taxes, creditors, and long-term care expenses.

Elder Law:  I counsel clients faced with nursing home or long-term care expenses about available options to pay for their care.

Corporate/Business Succession: I counsel businesses in manufacturing, healthcare, energy, agriculture and other industries on legal issues that regularly challenge businesses. I assist family-owned businesses with the orderly transition of ownership and management to the next generation or willing buyers.

Looking Ahead

We anticipate the impending changes to our nation’s health care system and tax code will impact the individuals and business our firm represents. It is more important than ever before to seek counsel from an attorney who stays current with these changes and who will apply them to your benefit.
