Chad joined Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Frankfort office as an Associate in 2018. His practice focuses on business litigation of all scales and sizes for public and private clients throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Before becoming part of the highly regarded litigation team at SKO, Chad served as a prosecutor in Louisville-Jefferson County, and had the privilege of serving as a staff attorney for the Honorable Phillip J. Shepherd, Chief Judge of the Franklin County Circuit Court. Those roles provided him with the tools for both working with and against governmental entities.
In 2016, Chad graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was an author and articles editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
Business Litigation: Chad’s litigation experience includes matters spanning from breach of contract disputes and easement actions to complex, multi-party suits involving large public and private entities. Whether he’s preparing documents for trial or presenting a case before a judge, Chad’s goal is to resolve matters efficiently with the client’s objectives foremost in his thinking.
Successfully obtained a full dismissal in favor of his client on claims of defamation, retaliation, and tortious interference with a business advantage.
