Chad joined Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Frankfort office as an Associate in 2018. His practice focuses on business litigation of all scales and sizes for public and private clients throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Business Litigation: Chad’s litigation experience includes matters spanning from breach of contract disputes and easement actions to complex, multi-party suits involving large public and private entities. Whether he’s preparing documents for trial or presenting a case before a judge, Chad’s goal is to resolve matters efficiently with the client’s objectives foremost in his thinking.
