Chuck Niblick is an associate at Stoll Keenon Ogden, joining the firm in 2022 and working out of the Indianapolis, Ind., office. Chuck is highly skilled in insurance defense, insurance coverage, asbestos litigation, and environmental litigation. He also works to defend insured individuals and entities in motor vehicle accidents, dog bite cases, employer liability cases, premises liability cases, and product liability cases, including cases involving alleged asbestos exposure.

Prior to joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, Chuck practiced at Katz Korin Cunningham before the firm merged with SKO. There, he represented insurance companies in declaratory relief actions, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage cases, and bad faith cases. He has also prepared coverage opinions on behalf of both insureds and insurance companies and has been involved in prosecuting and defending environmental claims.

In the community, Chuck works to educate other attorneys and offers advice as a published writer and speaker, serving as the 2022 presenter for the Indianapolis Bar Association’s presentation, “Tips for a Healthy Work-Life Balance, Work-Life Balance & Wellness for Lawyers.”

Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Chuck and our team of attorneys represent clients in a variety of tort matters, including, but not limited to, the following: business torts, defamation, fraud, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage. Chuck and our attorneys also routinely handle coverage disputes.

Appellate Litigation: Chuck also represents clients during all stages of litigation, including through all levels of appeal. Our appellate practice has extensive experience representing both appellants and appellees in state and federal appellate courts of all levels, including the Indiana Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Environmental Litigation: Chuck also practices in the area of environmental litigation, including citizen suit litigation and insurance coverage. Our team of attorneys offers a comprehensive spectrum of services in matters involving air, water, and waste. In the complex area of environmental law, Chuck and our attorneys are prepared to provide their knowledge on issues ranging from consulting on compliance with environmental laws and regulations to assisting with the permitting process and litigating in state and federal courts, administrative tribunals, arbitration proceedings, and mediations.
