He focuses his practice on insurance defense, insurance coverage, asbestos litigation, and environmental litigation. Chuck represents insured individuals and entities in motor vehicle accidents, dog bite cases, employer liability cases, premises liability cases, and products liability cases, including cases involving alleged asbestos exposure. He also represents insurance companies in declaratory relief actions, uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) coverage cases, and bad faith cases. He has prepared coverage opinions on behalf of both insureds and insurance companies.
Tort, Trial, and Insurance: Our attorneys collectively have more than 40 years of experience in representing manufacturers, property owners, contractors, distributors, and others who are sued for liability for exposure to toxic substances. Additionally, Chuck and his team provide clients with objective interpretations of a wide variety of insurance contracts. When disputes arise, clients receive creative advice on the rights and obligations of the parties to an insurance contract and advice on ways to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
