Wade was an Of Counsel attorney in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office and joined the firm in 1988. He served clients through the Utility & Energy and Business Services practice groups.
Within the Utility & Energy group, Wade specialized in handling complex financial matters, including assistance with obtaining regulatory approvals for intercompany and public transactions. In the Business Services group, he focused primarily on health care law and represented medical providers on regulatory compliance, employment and general business matters, such as practice acquisitions, mergers and separations.
For his many legal accomplishments, Wade was AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. Over the course of his career, he also spoke and published articles on a wide variety of health care topics.
Outside of his work at SKO, Wade was involved in several professional and charity organizations. He served in the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association. He also participated in the Kentucky Chapter of the Society of Colonial Wars.
