John is a Partner with Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Banks and Financial Services and Real Estate groups. He joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2022, as part of the firm’s merger with Katz Korin Cunningham.

John focuses his practice on representing lenders, borrowers, investors, and businesses in complex financing, business, and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in lending, capital markets, distressed assets, and commercial real estate.

Banking: John has broad and deep experience representing banks, financial institutions, and investors. He has deep experience in corporate and real estate financings of all types, including syndicated lending, real estate financing, commercial and industrial lending, mezzanine financing, inter-creditor relationships, and private equity investments.

Real Estate: Prior to joining the firm, John served as president and managing partner of a commercial real estate company that he successfully started, grew, and sold. John advises his clients using the practical, real-world perspective he gained in private industry.
