Legal Practice

Banking:  I work closely with local, regional and national lenders, and with borrowers of many experience levels in all aspects of commercial finance and secured transactions. I concentrate on complex commercial real estate financing, asset based lending and project finance for development and construction loans, revolving credit lines and working capital needs. This requires working regularly with brokers, title companies and other third parties to prepare and negotiate the varying transaction and credit documents needed to close the deal.

Business Services and Real Estate: My work focuses on assisting corporate clients navigate a variety of business and real estate matters, such as negotiating leases, purchase agreements, title covenants and transfer agreements for market terms that are fair and beneficial to our clients. Utilizing my knowledge of business organization and corporate governance, I also assist with evaluating commercial contracts and financial transactions by preparing and finalizing legal and business documents needed to help keep my clients’ businesses moving toward their goals.

Looking Ahead

As financing and corporate transactions become increasingly specialized and client-specific, attorneys will need a diverse background and practical approach to help clients close all types of transactions efficiently and successfully.
