Kristopher N. Kazmierczak

Kris is a Member at Stoll Keenon Ogden, and part of the Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits group. He joined the firm in 2022 when Stoll Keenon Ogden merged with Katz Korin Cunningham.

Kris has more than two decades of litigation experience covering a variety of businesses and industries, resolving a complex range of legal disputes for corporate and individual clients in trial, jury, preliminary injunction hearings, arbitration, mediation, administrative and appeal proceedings, and class and collective action.

He handles complex commercial and mass tort litigation and provides timely and practical counsel to the clients he serves. Kris has built his reputation on a hard and devoted work ethic and figuring out a path of resolution that fits the complexity of the situation or dispute, in a cost-efficient manner, while protecting the client’s rights and business interests.

Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits: Kris and his team provide representation in all aspects of litigation, including employment litigation, consultation and guidance, and contracts. He also advises clients on construction and real estate issues, insurance, sex abuse, discrimination, and harassment, civil rights, and wage and pay.

Additionally, Kris has partnered with general counsel in serving the legal needs of businesses, including direct representation of insurance and Fortune 100 companies, and has appeared in numerous Federal Court actions.
