Landra is Of Counsel in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office and joined the firm in 2018, following many years of service to banks and business clients at other regional and global law firms. She focuses on corporate finance, commercial real estate and corporate transactional law.
For her clients at SKO, Landra provides expert guidance on complex banking and financial transactions, offering line of sight into potential risks and opportunities. In providing counsel and representation, she works to ensure her knowledge of the financial market and regulatory landscape is matched by a thorough understanding of the client’s unique business considerations and objectives.
Corporate Finance & Business Transactions: Serving as lead counsel to financial institutions, commercial lenders and equity investors, Landra develops strategies and reviews transactions to confirm that business practices are structured and documented correctly in compliance with lending guidelines. She also assists with complex loan restructurings and workouts, and she often represents business clients in joint ventures and complicated business transactions.
Real Estate: Landra provides legal assistance to a variety of clients in nearly all aspects of commercial real estate planning. She frequently leverages her expertise in corporate finance to represent lenders and borrowers in negotiating and structuring loans for projects.
