Lindsey is a Member of Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville Office and has been with the firm since 2016. She is part of the Business Litigation practice group, concentrating her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract and fraud claims, class-action conflicts, fiduciary obligations, matters of corporate governance and construction disputes, among others. She also serves businesses in the region through the Tort, Trial & Insurance Services and Environmental Law practice groups.

Prior to joining SKO, Lindsey spent two years in private practice at another regional law firm, where she successfully represented a bonding company facing multimillion-dollar breach of contract and quantum meruit claims before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Business Litigation: At all stages of litigation, Lindsey offers strategic counsel that leaves clients well-positioned to receive a favorable verdict. She has been involved in a number of complex commercial litigation matters, during which she gained extensive experience managing discovery and experts, and preparing for mediations, arbitrations and trials.

Business Torts: Lindsey represents corporate clients of all sizes across a range of industries, helping them navigate disputes, lawsuits and arbitrations. She argues on behalf of clients before Kentucky state and federal courts, and develops strategies that give clients a measure of defense before any trial begins.

Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Lindsey works closely with individuals, corporations and national insurance carriers analyzing nuanced and complicated insurance coverage disputes and defending insureds against a variety of tort claims.

Environmental Litigation: As environmental laws and regulations continue to evolve, Lindsey is prepared to provide clients with guidance on matters ranging from regulatory compliance to permit challenges. Based in part on her experience assisting a chemical manufacturing client in an arbitration involving one of the most environmentally complex sites in the United States, Lindsey has specialized knowledge related to hazardous waste disposal regulations, land disposal restrictions and EPA Superfund sites contaminated with hazardous substances and pollutants.
