Grant joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2025 as an Associate where he serves multiple practice groups, including Business Litigation, Business Owner Disputes, Business Torts, and Tort, Trial & Insurance Services. Grant’s diverse background and deep understanding of complex legal landscapes has prepared him to guide his clients to their goals with excellence.
Prior to joining SKO, Grant’s work consisted of assisting clients with obtaining legal name changes, particularly focusing on members of the LGBTQ+ community. He also brings experience from being an Associate for the Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court in 2022-2024. For the last two years, Grant has been named a Kentucky Super Lawyer Rising Star, which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys in Kentucky. This highly competitive selection process involves peer nominations, peer evaluations and independent research. The award is a testament to the precision and dedication that drives Grant’s work in representing all of his clients.
Business Litigation: The Business Litigation practice group provides strategic advice to businesses and professionals faced with a broad scale of sizes and situations including disputes, lawsuits, arbitration and other conflicts. From simple to complex disputes, Grant develops careful, focused and strategic approaches to help manage and guide businesses through their conflicts. With or without litigation, Grant prioritizes minimizing costs to find the most efficient result while carefully considering the client’s objectives, time and financial situation.
Business Owner Disputes: The Business Owner Disputes practice group is interdisciplinary, involving litigators and business entity attorneys who advise on disputes between and among business owners. Despite possible complicated relationships in these disputes, Grant effectively and efficiently resolves matters while bringing minimal disruption to the business.
Business Torts: The Business Torts practice group focuses on defending and prosecuting the numerous torts involving U.S. businesses. Grant represents clients at all stages of litigation, with particular emphasis on complex litigation and is skilled in finding the most appropriate, cost-effective dispute resolution to keep his clients’ best interest in mind.
Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: The Tort, Trial & Insurance practice group routinely serves individuals and corporate clients in all aspects of litigation involving torts and insurance matters. Grant’s comprehensive experience supports tort cases from the initial investigation through discovery and trial to appeal and mediation or settlement. Additionally, Grant’s insightful knowledge on all types of insurance issues allows him to maximize his support in representing policyholders and insurers as well as handle coverage disputes, defense of bad faith claims and more.
