Patrick is an Attorney in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office, where he contributes to the Business Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Privacy practice groups.
Business Litigation: Patrick has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including breach of contract, fraud, TCPA, SCA, and Wiretap Act disputes. He is a skilled strategist, able to quickly analyze legal issues and develop effective solutions that meet his clients' unique needs.
Intellectual Property: Beyond his role as a litigator, Patrick counsels clients at every stage in the development, exploitation, safeguarding, and enforcement of IP assets. He also regularly drafts, reviews, and negotiates information technology agreements, including software licenses, maintenance agreements, consulting agreements, and internet-related documents.
Privacy & Information Security: Whether advising on data transfers, responding to a data breach, or building a robust privacy compliance program, Patrick regularly works with businesses across a range of industries to address domestic and international data privacy and security laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
