Peter is Counsel to the Firm in Stoll Keenon Ogden's Greater Pittsburgh and Evansville offices and has been with the firm since 2005. He is a member of the Mineral & Environmental Law practice. Peter has been engaged in law practice since 1985, focusing on all aspects of real estate and commercial law, including energy (oil, gas, coal and other minerals), acquisitions, and general civil practice. His current practice focuses on title review and analysis, including legal and business risk analysis for conventional, coal bed methane and horizontal drilling operations in the Appalachian Basin. Peter also is a member of the Real Estate practice.
Peter is a member of the Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar Associations. He is also active within the community, serving as the Legal Counsel for Habitat for Humanity since 1988.
