Spencer K. Gray

Associate, Louisville

Spencer is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office, joining the firm in 2020. He is part of two of SKO’s practice groups, providing service in the areas of Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring and Business Litigation.

Assisting organizations of all sizes, Spencer guides clients carefully through the most complex issues, helping them achieve favorable outcomes with consideration of their time, resources and financial situations. In addition, his experience as a judicial law clerk has given him firsthand knowledge of the inner workings of federal courts.

Spencer earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring: Spencer counsels clients on the many aspects of insolvency situations, including both litigation and avoidance actions. His helps corporate clients reach their objectives through measures such as the purchase and sale of assets, foreclosure and Chapter 11 reorganization.

Business Litigation: As part of a team committed to professional excellence, Spencer helps clients resolve conflicts at every stage, from early guidance on sound business practices to finding solutions through disputes, lawsuits and arbitration. He provides strategic advice to help clients achieve their desired results efficiently and effectively.
