Stacy is a Member in Stoll Keenon Ogden's Lexington office and has been with the firm since 2005. She is a member of the Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits practice. Stacy concentrates her practice on counseling, civil litigation and administrative defense with emphasis on employee benefits, deferred compensation arrangements, 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans, the Affordable Care Act, cafeteria plans, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, Wrongful Termination and Noncompetition and other Employment Agreements.
Stacy is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law where she was President of the International Law Society and a member of the Kentucky Law Journal. She earned her Master's degree from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky.
Stacy is a member of the Fayette County, Kentucky and American Bar associations as well as the Society for Human Resources Management. She is an active member of Southside Church of Christ.
