Tommy is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office. He has been with the firm since 2021 and contributes to practice groups focusing on business services, corporate finance and lending, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Tommy earned his J.D. at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg School of Law. During law school, Tommy served as staff editor of the Kentucky Law Journal for Equine, Agricultural, and Natural Resources Law and President of the Business Law Society. Tommy also earned his MBA from the University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business.
Business Services: Tommy assists clients on a variety of business needs, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and business organization documents.
Corporate Finance and Lending: Tommy works with financial institutions on such issues as credit facilities, loan restructurings, workouts, and asset-based lending.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Tommy represents both buyers and sellers during the complex negotiation of stock or asset purchase of the business while considering the contractual, regulatory, and tax implications throughout the deal.
Real Estate: Tommy advises clients on an array of real estate matters including the development, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate.
