Meet Greg

Legal Practice

My clients are predominantly from the medical, hospital and nurse home industries. However, I have served as lead counsel in a wide variety of jury trials including alleged physician and hospital malpractice, product liability, police misconduct, premises liability, negligent hiring and supervision, sexual battery, wrongful death, real estate condemnation/valuation, mental inquest/disability, breach of contract, plaintiff personal injury, and business fraud.

I have also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, teaching the law of medical negligence.

Looking Ahead

Medical, hospital and nursing home defense are currently facing a sea of change due to recent tort reform legislation, including adoption of medical review panels in all medical and hospital negligence cases.

Work Highlights

Medical Malpractice: Alleged Surgical Negligence

Obtained unanimous defense verdict on behalf of OBGYN in medical malpractice action. Plaintiff claimed that the physician negligently lacerated her bladder while performing a hysterectomy.
