Greg has been with Stoll Keenon Ogden since 1985, and is a Member and former chair of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice group. He works primarily with health care providers, acting as lead counsel in cases involving claims of malpractice or negligence, but also has extensive experience in serving clients across a spectrum of industries and disputes.

An accomplished courtroom attorney who has taken more from 40 cases from trial to verdict, Greg has earned board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a fellow with Litigation Counsel of America. He has completed mediation training through the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts.

Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Greg concentrates his practice on medical malpractice defense, hospital and long-term care defense, personal injury defense, plaintiff's personal injury, and will and trust litigation. Outside of the health care industry, he provides strategic counsel to the firm’s clients on matters ranging from negligent hiring and supervision to business fraud.

Medical Malpractice: Alleged Surgical Negligence

Obtained unanimous defense verdict on behalf of OBGYN in medical malpractice action. Plaintiff claimed that the physician negligently lacerated her bladder while performing a hysterectomy.
