Kathryn is Counsel to the Firm in the Environmental Litigation practice group at Stoll Keenon Ogden. She joined the firm in 2022, when Stoll Keenon Ogden merged with Katz Korin Cunningham, where she had been practicing since 2020.

Environmental Litigation: Kathryn has been an environmental lawyer in Indiana for more than 40 years in a career that has encompassed private practice and government service. Kathryn has served in a variety of roles in government, including legal practice and management positions at the state and local levels, which allows her to assist clients in private practice with a wide range of environmental matters including site remediation, underground storage tanks, air, water, waste, wetlands, and stormwater.

Her practice areas include compliance, permitting, remediation, enforcement defense and litigation. Her previous experience as a commercial real estate attorney also makes her uniquely able to assist clients with the environmental aspects of property transactions.
