Nick is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Indianapolis office. He joined the firm in 2021 and contributes to the Business Litigation practice group.
After completing an undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University, Nick earned his J.D. at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg School of Law, where he served as senior staff editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agricultural, and Natural Resources Law and as vice president of the Black Law Student Association. Nick also spent six years in the Army National Guard, where he served as a signal support specialist.
Nick is a former Stoll Keenon Ogden Summer Associate. His legal education is further complemented by experience as a paralegal and as an intern in the Law Office of the Public Defender in DeKalb County, Georgia. He prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively and solve problems efficiently.
Business Litigation: Nick and his colleagues assist companies of all sizes through each phase of a conflict, whether it results in court action, arbitration, or out-of-court settlement. They leverage their knowledge and skills to obtain the best possible result for each client.
Heath Care: Nick helps his clients navigate the often-confusing laws and regulations related to long-term health care providers. He stays abreast of current issues and counsels his clients in ways that will maximize their opportunities while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements.
