Guy Webb is an associate at Stoll Keenon Ogden, joining the firm in 2023 and working out of the Indianapolis, Ind., office. Guy is highly skilled in healthcare law, with significant experience representing physicians, physician groups, hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in medical malpractice litigation. Guy also works to defend clients against accusations of failure to diagnose, improper performance of a surgical procedure, bad postoperative outcomes, pressure wounds, falls, and other claims of allegedly negligent medical care and treatment.

Prior to joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, Guy practiced at another local firm, where he successfully argued for the dismissal of multiple proposed complaints against clients for failure to prosecute, failure to respond to discovery, and failure to file before the running of the statute of limitations. He also used his medical malpractice experience to gain additional legal skills in nursing home and long-term acute care, pressure wounds, orthopedic surgery, and laparoscopic cholecystectomies.
