Jamie is Counsel to the Firm in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office. She has been with the firm since 2012, initially serving as a paralegal before becoming an Associate in 2021.  She contributes to the Business Services and Trusts and Estates practices.

After graduating from Rhodes College, Jamie earned her J.D. at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg School of Law. Prior to joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, she worked as an elder law attorney in Lexington.

Jamie focuses primarily on trust and estate administration and estate planning. She works with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds to ensure that every estate plan fits the client, and the client understands the estate plan.

Trusts and Estates: Jamie’s deep experience with probate ensures the estate administration process runs as smoothly as possible for clients. She also helps clients seeking court appointment as a loved one’s guardian, guiding them with empathy through a legal process that often involves strong emotions and complicated family dynamics.

Business Services: Jamie and her colleagues assist clients with such tasks as forming new business entities, monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handling issues surrounding transfers of ownership interests.
