Kevin joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2018 as an Associate of the firm’s Louisville office and is part of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice, focusing primarily on medical negligence defense and matters related to insurance bad faith claims. He is also as part of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group.
Kevin graduated from the University of Louisville, where he went on to earn his J.D. with a magna cum laude distinction. He served as president of the Student Bar Association at UofL’s Brandeis School and was recognized with several awards related to his achievements as a law student.

Business Litigation: Kevin is part of a litigation team that handles business disputes ranging from single breaches of contract to multi-party, class-action conflicts. Regardless of the intricacies involved in a particular case, Kevin works to resolve matters effectively and efficiently, while staying focused on the client’s objectives.
SKO successfully obtained a complete dismissal of a client in a multi-million dollar apartment construction litigation in Ohio. After reviewing the complaint, SKO saw an early opportunity to file a motion to dismiss all claims alleged by the plaintiff against SKO’s client. The Ohio court agreed with the reasoning set forth in the briefing and granted the motion to dismiss in its entirety resulting in the complete dismissal of our client from the action, leaving the other corporate defendants to defend the against the plaintiff’s claims.
