Lauren is Counsel to the Firm of Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Evansville office and has been with the firm since 2008. She belongs to the Mineral & Environmental Law group.
Licensed to practice in three states across several key coal regions in the U.S., Lauren has handled transactions involving both untapped coal reserves and fully developed mining operations. She has also worked with oil and natural gas companies to support the acquisition of properties and assets, as well as entities in the form of initial public offerings and joint ventures.
Mineral & Environmental Law: Lauren’s vast experience in mineral law, combined with her involvement in industry associations, has allowed her to partner successfully with energy corporations to secure transactions for properties spanning millions of acres, with assets ranging from millions of tons of coal reserves to thousands of producing oil wells.
She has served clients by providing strategic legal counsel, performing due diligence, and preparing documents.
