Caroline Keating joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2025 as an Associate within the Equine Transactional and Business Services practice groups. She focuses her work on equine industry transactions and corporate real estate matters, bringing clients a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to complex deals. Caroline’s background in both equine law and business services allows her to advise clients on a wide range of transactional issues.
Equine Transactional: Caroline assists clients with equine-related contracts, sales, and transactional matters, ensuring compliance and protecting her clients’ interests in one of Kentucky’s signature industries.
Business Services: In addition to her equine practice, Caroline supports clients in corporate real estate and business transactions. She helps clients structure and complete deals with efficiency and precision, tailoring her work to align with client goals.
