Cassie joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2022 as Counsel to the Firm, and is a member of multiple practice groups, including Business Services, Business Litigation, and Construction Law.

A focused attorney with a wealth of experience in commercial law, Cassie’s goals are maximizing client recovery in the litigation process and protection in the transactional/negotiation process.

Cassie has experience in working at the local government level with the Office of Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis as well as private practice.

Construction Law: Experienced in construction disputes, Cassie has represented contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, and owners in numerous areas of disagreement, including claims of defective construction, defective design, delay damages, and related breach of contract, and has successfully garnered trial victories. She offers knowledge of mechanic’s liens (both private and public projects), personal liability notices, payment/performance bond claims, contract negotiation. Additionally, she has presented at numerous legal education seminars and written articles regarding the intricacies of construction disputes and rights under statutory and regulatory schemes, aiming to streamline the dispute and collection process for clients and maximize recovery.

Business Services and Litigation: Cassie regularly assist clients with a broach range of business needs including drafting and negotiation of contracts, licensure, and entity formation. She regularly represents and national clients in complex commercial disputes involving bankruptcy, contracts, and creditor’s rights. She also represents all types of claims and defenses, guiding her clients through all stages of litigation.

    Secured trial judgment of $220,000.00 for client in defective construction case.
