Jacob joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2025 as an Associate specializing in Business Litigation. Within this practice, Jacob handles multiple legal matters and disputes, no matter the size or situation. Within the day-to-day, Jacob carefully guides all his clients in very complex matters ranging from environmental litigation to construction law to healthcare litigation.

Prior to joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, Jacob gained experience through multiple roles, each one more notable than the last. Jacob’s portfolio of work starts with an impressive summer as an intern at the White House. The internship programs offered are known to be highly selective, allowing for only the most competitive individuals who have demonstrated leadership skills from a young age as well as commitment to public service. From there, Jacob went on to become a Clerk for Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Michelle M. Keller, a position that requires strong organizational, communicative and legal skills. Jacob has also given back to the profession through his pro bono work, eventually winning the Pro Bono Award from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.

Throughout his time practicing Business Litigation, Jacob has come to understand the demands of what is needed to make sure each of his clients are successful. In intense, high-stake disputes, Jacob recognizes the need to create the most vigilant and strategic approach to generate success. Business Litigation: Within the Business Litigation practice, Jacob will provide counsel and expertise to professionals and their businesses on matters ranging from class action to equine litigation, banking litigation and more. In this role, Jacob will build positive relationships with each of his clients to make strategic and informed decisions that are in their best interests. With problem-solving skills and knowledge in multiple subject matters, Jacob will consider the client’s needs and wishes in every circumstance, executing thoughtful and informed legal guidance.
