Jessica Zemanski joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2025 as an Associate. Jessica specializes in Trusts and Estates law, meeting the needs of businesses, families and individuals. Jessica recognizes that her services can touch the deepest aspects of individuals’ personal lives. Therefore, Jessica makes it a priority to ensure client confidentiality, complete work in an effective and timely manner and continuously produce the highest quality of service for her clients.

Before joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, Jessica spent six years working in public accounting where she assisted individuals and businesses in tax planning and compliance and assurance services. Through this work, Jessica mostly assisted and served clients in the professional services and construction management industries. Additionally, she has specialized in business valuations for estate and business transactions, contributing to domestic and international tax planning and compliance and participating in closely held business and generational transfers of wealth. Jessica also earned her certification in divorce financial analysis and was consistently recognized for achieving breakthrough and impactful results for her clients and organizations. Most recently, she spent seven years as a tax manager for a fortune 500 company, providing tax compliance and planning services.

Through years of experience, Jessica understands the importance of tailoring specific plans to individuals and their needs while providing insight and guidance as to why those plans should be implemented. She realizes that, in her role, she must often advise her clients through difficult decision-making that may significantly impact their personal lives. However, with empathy and confidence, Jessica helps clients plan the future of their loved ones while also navigating the difficult circumstances of loss and grief, positively impacting the lives of those undergoing critical situations.
