Norris is a Member of Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Indianapolis office. He joined the firm in 2022, as part of the merger with Katz Korin Cunningham.

One of the Co-Founders of Katz Korin Cunningham, Norris is an experienced leader in the firm’s Healthcare group. His focus is on healthcare dispute resolution including trial practice, regulatory advocacy, commercial litigation, and arbitration. Norris has been admitted pro hac vice in 15 states and has tried and arbitrated numerous long-term care, medical malpractice, and commercial cases throughout the nation.

He has extensive experience representing healthcare providers before governmental agencies including the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services as well as state regulatory agencies in 16 states. Norris has provided legal advice and oversight on claims management and claims handling processes for large, self-insured healthcare providers. In addition, he is an arbitrator certified by the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Norris has made more than 50 national and regional presentations on healthcare-related topics and trial practice for many organizations, including the Defense Research Institute, the National Business Institute, the American Conference Institute, the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care; the Complex Cardiovascular Catheter Therapeutics Conference. He is also co-author of the 2007 book, Inside The Minds: Health Care Law Client Strategies, published by Aspatore Books.

Healthcare: Norris and his team advise healthcare providers, including skilled nursing and senior living facilities hospitals, physicians and physicians’ groups, and other healthcare professionals on a range of concerns in an ever-changing legal and regulatory environment.
