Daniel is Counsel to the Firm in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Indianapolis office. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial, real estate, and tort litigation. Daniel brings significant trial experience, including experience as first-chair trial counsel, and is known for disciplined case management, clear communication, and strategies that align with his clients’ operational and financial priorities.
Daniel has handled several eminent domain cases arising from major infrastructure projects across Indiana, including litigation related to the 24-mile extension of I-69 south of Indianapolis. He has also assisted in appeals involving novel questions in Indiana eminent domain law. His real estate litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending adverse possession and quiet title actions, as well as protecting creditor interests in hundreds of foreclosure matters. In addition to real estate litigation, Daniel also represents businesses in labor and employment disputes and other commercial litigation matters.
Business Litigation: Daniel handles commercial disputes involving breach of contract, discrimination claims, claims for breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, and securities broker malfeasance. Daniel represents clients across industries such as construction, transportation, and manufacturing. He also has experience with various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
