Trevor Warren joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2025 as an Associate within the Healthcare and Business Litigation practice groups. He brings experience defending healthcare providers and businesses in complex litigation matters, including long-term care, toxic tort, and premises liability claims.
Healthcare: Trevor advises healthcare providers, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities in regulatory compliance and defense matters. His work includes assisting with malpractice and negligence claims, provider defense, and facility liability issues. His experience gives him an understanding of the challenges facing healthcare clients in litigation and regulatory environments.
Business Litigation: In addition to his healthcare practice, Trevor represents clients in commercial and business disputes. His work has included toxic tort and premises liability defense, as well as dram shop cases. He approaches litigation with a practical mindset, focusing on strategic solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
