Andrew is Counsel to the Firm in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Indianapolis office. He represents businesses in civil litigation from the earliest stages of claim investigation through final resolution. Andrew approaches each matter through the client’s perspective, evaluating exposure, aligning strategy with operational objectives, and delivering clear, efficient solutions that support long‑term business goals.

With a career devoted to civil litigation, Andrew defends companies against claims involving negligence, bad faith, and statutory violations. He provides practical assessments of liability and case valuation and manages complex premises liability and diverse commercial claims. Before entering private practice, Andrew served as a Deputy Attorney General, where he defended Indiana state agencies and employees in federal Section 1983 litigation.

Business Litigation: Andrew defends businesses in a wide range of commercial and general liability disputes, representing companies of all sizes in premises liability matters, personal‑injury‑related litigation, and other operational disputes. Andrew provides clear, business‑focused assessments of risk and case valuation, helping clients resolve matters efficiently while staying aligned with their organizational priorities.
