Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC is proud to announce attorney Drew Fleming has joined the firm’s Business Services Practice as an Associate and will be work out of the Lexington office. Mr. Fleming’s practice will focus on mergers and acquisitions, equine transactional, securities, corporate governance and banking.
Mr. Fleming received his B.S. at Washington and Lee University in 2005 and earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky in 2009. He is a member of the Kentucky and Fayette County Bar associations as well as a board member of the Henry Clay Memorial Foundation and chair of the legal committee for the Downtown Lexington Corporation.
