SKO Announces New Attorney to the Firm

Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Damon R. Talley has joined the firm’s Utility & Energy practice as Of Counsel, and will work out of the Louisville, Lexington and Hodgenville offices.

Talley brings to SKO more than 35 years of experience, with a focus on public utility work. He is  General Counsel of the Kentucky Rural Water Association (KRWA) having served in this capacity since 1979, and is a frequent speaker at training sessions sponsored by KWRA, the Kentucky Public Service Commission, Division of Water, Utility Management Institute, and other utility industry groups.

He is a past board member of the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (2000-2015), and was a charter member, long-time board member and board chairman for two terms of the KY FFA Foundation, Inc.

Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Harry L. Dadds has joined the firm’s Health Care Practice as Counsel to the Firm and will work out of the Lexington office.

For more than 30 years, Dadds has provided legal advice and representation in a variety of fields including healthcare, public contracting, business transactions, regulatory compliance, taxation, employee benefits and risk management.

Previous to SKO, Dadds was Senior Associate General Counsel for the University of Kentucky and was responsible for legal matters involving UKHealthCare. He was also Chief Legal Counsel for Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Dadds is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Emory University in Atlanta. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and secretary of its Health Law section. He also served on active duty as a captain in the U.S. Army from 1975-1979 and in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1979-1995, retiring as a lieutenant colonel.
