LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 16, 2026) – Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC (SKO) announces the elevation of four firm attorneys to equity Member. The newly promoted attorneys are Alyssa Freeman Ricker, Evansville, Andrew T. Hagerman, Louisville, Rachel Johnson, Indianapolis, and Sebastian Spears, Indianapolis.

These four attorneys have continually demonstrated high levels of client service, sound judgment, and the ability to lead clients through complex legal challenges. The firm congratulates all four Members and wishes them continued success in their new roles.

Alyssa Freeman Ricker
Alyssais a trial attorney who represents clients in complex business disputes in state and federal courts. She advises companies across business, equine, labor, employment, and employee benefits matters, guiding them through litigation, arbitration, and regulatory challenges with practical, business-focused counsel. In addition to her litigation practice, she serves as fractional general counsel to select organizations, partnering with leadership teams to proactively manage risk and resolve issues efficiently and strategically.

Andrew T. Hagerman
Andy represents clients in a wide range of complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, construction issues, and appellate work, helping organizations resolve legal challenges efficiently and strategically. He guides clients through trial and appellate processes, advocating in post-trial motions and appeals before state and federal courts. Andrew also counsels business owners and stakeholders on disputes involving fiduciary duties, shareholder conflicts, and related business owner issues to protect their interests and advance their objectives.

Rachel Johnson
Rachel regularly represents long-term healthcare entities and individual medical professionals in both state and federal courts, defending them against civil claims including medical malpractice, negligence, abuse and neglect, and civil rights disputes. She partners closely with organizational leaders to provide strategic advice on claims management and litigation strategy from discovery through trial and mediation. Known for zealous advocacy, Rachel guides her clients through complex litigation with a focus on protecting their interests at every stage of the legal process.

Sebastian Spears
Sebastian represents both lenders and borrowers through all phases of commercial lending and real estate transactions, helping clients navigate financing, development, leasing, due diligence, and related agreements. He also advises businesses on entity structuring, governance, and general contracting matters, providing strategic counsel tailored to each client’s objectives. Known for acting as an advocate and ally, Sebastian analyzes risk with an eye toward his clients’ goals so they can make informed decisions that protect their interests.
