Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC is pleased to announce that Stacy Kula is now Of Counsel with the firm. Ms. Kula will join the Business Entities and Transactions Practice Group, as well as the Health Care Practice Group.
Ms. Kula focuses her practice in corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, real estate purchases and leases, non-profit formation and issues, and general contract law.
Ms. Kula also has significant experience with liquor license matters, including obtaining, modifying and renewing malt beverage and liquor licensing for national franchises and local restaurants and bars and representation before the Kentucky Alcohol and Beverage Control.
Ms. Kula graduated with a B.S. from the University of Maryland in 1993 and a J.D. from North Carolina Central University in 1997. In addition, Ms. Kula received her L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1998. Ms. Kula has also participated in Leadership Lexington and Focus Louisville.
