Ashley joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2026 as an Associate within the Corporate Finance & Lending and Real Estate practice groups. She focuses her practice on commercial lending and real estate transactions, advising financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers on a wide range of financing and development matters.
Ashley brings significant experience supporting complex lending and real estate transactions from initial diligence through closing. She regularly works with lenders and borrowers to structure and document secured financing arrangements and assists with title review, due diligence coordination, and closing management. Clients value her practical, business-focused approach and her ability to identify potential issues early while keeping transactions organized and moving efficiently toward closing.
Corporate Finance & Lending: Ashley represents lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing. Her work includes drafting and negotiating loan agreements, promissory notes, and guaranties, advising on collateral structuring and lien perfection under UCC Article 9, and assisting with multi-state secured transactions. She also has experience with government-backed lending programs, including SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) loans.
Real Estate: Ashley assists clients with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, financing transactions, and leasing. Her experience includes reviewing and analyzing title commitments and survey materials, addressing title issues, coordinating due diligence, and preparing and reviewing commercial lease documents. She regularly works with lenders, borrowers, brokers, and title companies to facilitate efficient transaction closings.
