Emma DeCoste is a transactional attorney who helps clients navigate real estate, banking, and finance matters. Representing businesses through a variety of operational and transactional needs, she focuses on helping clients move deals forward efficiently while mitigating legal and business risks. Clients benefit from the precision she brings to commercial leasing and loan transactions, contract review and drafting, and entity formation and restructuring.

Before joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, Emma gained experience supporting attorneys and clients in a variety of legal matters through roles as a law clerk and legal assistant. Those positions strengthened her skills in legal research, drafting, document review, and client communication while providing valuable insight into how legal issues affect individuals and businesses.
