Keith is a Member in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Indianapolis office and advises businesses, financial institutions, nonprofits, and individuals on complex commercial finance, real estate, and strategic risk matters under Indiana law. His work sits at the intersection of credit and enterprise risk, helping organizations build durable deals, strengthen internal controls, and navigate consequential decisions with clarity. He approaches every engagement with an eye toward broader business and organizational objectives.
Corporate Finance & Lending: Keith regularly represents regional and community banks in the structuring, documentation, and closing of middle-market C&I and commercial real estate credit facilities, including acquisition financings. His experience spans intercreditor dynamics, participation arrangements, multi-entity collateral packages, and opinion practice across jurisdictions. Having worked across the full lifecycle of commercial loans, he identifies structural vulnerabilities early and helps clients address risk before it matures into litigation or loss.
Real Estate: Keith handles acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title, zoning, eminent domain, property tax, and multi‑property matters across state lines. He often supports operating companies, financial institutions, healthcare institutions, and real estate investment entities whose business operations depend on critical sites. Keith anticipates and addresses potential disputes—particularly in lease and construction matters—leveraging his litigation experience to protect clients’ interests while maintaining deal momentum.
Outside General Counsel Services: Keith also serves as outside general counsel and strategic risk advisor to organizations with meaningful contractual and real estate complexity. In this role, Keith acts as a legal quarterback, coordinating counsel, aligning legal strategy with executive leadership, and implementing frameworks that reduce friction across transactions.
