In 2025, Kerby T. Conner joined Stoll Keenon Ogden as an Associate serving multiple practice groups, including Real Estate, Corporate Finance and Lending, Trusts and Estates and Business Services. Prior to joining Stoll Keenon Ogden, Kerby concentrated on residential and commercial real estate transactions, business formation and transactions, estate planning and probate, and landlord-tenant disputes. This experience has prepared Kerby to handle complex situations and guide her clients successfully to their end-goals.

Corporate Finance & Lending Services: The Corporate Finance and Lending Services practice group offices services to many financial institutions, such as multinational, regional and community banks. This practice group also offers services to commercial lenders and equity investors as well. Services include loan syndications and participations, commercial loan workouts and restructurings, equine lending and more.

Trusts & Estates Services: The Trusts & Estates practice group directly meets the needs of businesses, families and individuals. With principles of trust, innovation, value and communication, those providing services within Trusts & Estates law consistently uphold their relationships with clients by keeping them informed through promptly answering questions, inquiries and phone calls. Those within Trusts & Estates law strive to build client relationships that last a lifetime through comprehensive, team-oriented services.

Business Services: The Business Services practice group supports clients across various industries, from local businesses to global corporations, and are adept at navigating the myriad complexities of the current economic climate. Through their experience and strategic counsel, the group develops individualized solutions that best meet their clientsโ€™ needs and legal objectives.
