Lili is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office. She has been with the firm since 2021 and contributes to the Business Litigation practice group.
Lili earned her J.D. at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg School of Law, where she served as staff editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and was a member of both the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Caucus. She also holds a B.A. from Transylvania University. During her time at Transylvania, she served as captain of the women’s tennis team.
Lili currently serves on Kentucky’s Board of Licensure for Marriage and Family Therapists and is a member of the Advisory Team for Blue Grass Community Foundation 365. A former Stoll Keenon Ogden summer Associate, Lili completed a variety of other internships during and prior to law school, including spending time with the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts. Her ability to work hard, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details benefits her clients daily. Business Litigation: Lili and her colleagues represent businesses and individuals in disputes and complex litigation involving business torts, including breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, fraud, and enforcement of shareholder agreements. They also represent clients in out-of-court settings where mediation or arbitration is the most prudent course to take.
