Law, Put to practice.

Our Appellate practice has extensive experience representing both appellants and appellees in state and federal appellate courts of all levels, including the Kentucky Supreme Court and Court of Appeals; the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeal for the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits; and the United States Court of Federal Claims. We also have experience handling appeals involving various state and federal regulatory agencies.

Our attorneys pride themselves on their persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy skills. We regularly handle appellate work related to matters for which we are also handling the underlying trial court litigation, including interlocutory appeals and appeals following trial. Because of our appellate success and the reputation of our attorneys, we are also asked to handle appellate work related to matters for which another firm handled the underlying trial court litigation.
