Michael Lonnberg joined Stoll Keenon Ogden as an Associate in 2024. Previously, he served as a clerk for the firm, navigating complex legal issues involving real estate, litigation, land use controls, and other civil matters. As an Associate, his practice is primarily focused on the real estate and business sectors, where his work includes drafting and collaborating on issues related to business entity creation, operating agreements, asset purchase agreements, real estate closing, and more.

Prior to joining SKO, Michael gained valuable experience on complex legal issues involving employment and labor law, litigation, and contracts at a boutique law firm in Evansville.

Real Estate: The Real Estate practice team provides comprehensive legal assistance to clients in nearly all aspects of real estate planning, from zoning, acquisitions and leasing, to financing, construction lending and business expansion and developments.
