Mike Blinn is Counsel to the Firm with the Business Litigation group at Stoll Keenon Ogden. He joined the firm in 2022, when Stoll Keenon Ogden merged with Katz Korin Cunningham, where he had been practicing for the past year.
Mike’s practice includes complex business disputes, health care arbitration, and commercial and real estate matters. He has successfully managed all phases of litigation for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies, including trials in state and federal courts.
As Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Indiana General Attorney, Mike represented Indiana state agencies and employees in every phase of state and federal civil litigation including employment, tort claims, and civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
Mike also served as in-house counsel at a global manufacturing company, where he developed valuable client-side insight as he worked with both outside counsel and internal decision-makers. Mike was responsible for all aspects of legal support to business units in India and the Americas, including sales and procurement contracting, personnel matters, and risk management, and supported the sale of his division to a large automotive supplier.
Prior to the role above, he worked at two Indianapolis litigation boutiques, where he gained valuable experience successfully representing clients in complex business litigation and professional-liability defense.
