Paige A. Robinson joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2026 as an Associate within the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice group. She supports the firm’s clients in a wide range of insolvency and restructuring matters.
Paige advises and assists clients in complex restructuring and credit matters, including Chapter 11 cases, foreclosures, out-of-court restructurings, and litigation involving lender liability, fraud, avoidance claims, and related issues. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to guiding businesses and financial stakeholders to navigate complex financial decisions with clarity, efficiency, and sound judgment.
Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring: Paige represents and guides clients in Chapter 11 proceedings, commercial foreclosures, restructuring negotiations, and credit-related litigation. Her experience spans a variety of insolvency issues, including avoidance actions, lender liability matters, and disputes arising in sophisticated financial and commercial contexts. She works closely with clients to develop solutions that align with business objectives and long-term priorities.
