Paul is a Member in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Indianapolis office and represents businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in complex commercial and consumer disputes, guiding clients from pre‑litigation investigation and negotiations through trial and appeal. Paul helps clients weigh legal risks, align objectives, and resolve matters efficiently in state and federal courts. His experience spans breach of contract and warranty claims, professional and products liability, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage disputes, and real‑estate‑related litigation.
Business Litigation: Paul’s business litigation practice handles commercial cases involving general liability, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, class actions, fraud and deceptive practices, real estate related claims, and a broad range of business torts. He advises clients on internal investigations, including audits and responses to internal or external inquiries, and positions matters for early resolution where possible, while preparing to try the case when necessary. His industry experience includes banking and finance, construction, insurance, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and transportation and logistics.
Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring: Paul represents creditors and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, including managing properties, negotiating with lenders, overseeing legal affairs of entities in receivership, and liquidating assets to satisfy creditor claims.
