SKO Launches Program for Small Businesses

LEXINGTON (May 10, 2017) – To help small businesses launch, grow and succeed, Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC has created a special package of legal services especially for them.

To provide predictability in budget planning and peace of mind that are critical to a small business’s sustainability, most of SKO’s Small Business Services can be offered to qualifying businesses for a flat fee. Small business clients will know the exact cost before the service is provided.

“Smaller law firms offer a solid menu of business services, but few have the years of experience with a variety of industries that SKO attorneys bring to every challenge,” said Allison Donovan, who coordinates the Small Business program in SKO’s Lexington office.

“Businesses of all sizes can face environmental issues, regulatory problems, contract disagreements with clients or vendors, and opportunities to expand through merger or acquisition,” she said. “SKO’s legal team is experienced in creatively helping clients resolve complex problems in a broad range of areas and position their businesses for continued success.”

“Over the years, businesses of all sizes have turned to SKO to help them achieve their objectives,” said Matthew Lindblom, who is coordinating the program in SKO’s Louisville office. “Companies that are expanding and growing or just beginning can benefit from our team of experienced attorneys who are focused on each client’s business and its success.”

SKO’s program focuses on providing routine services that most businesses require to operate smoothly. When complex issues arise, SKO offers years of institutional experience and the ability to connect clients with the resources necessary for success.

Among SKO’s Small Business Services are:

  • Business structure and formation
  • Private capital offerings
  • Litigation, credit and collections
  • Intellectual property
  • Estate planning
  • Outside counsel service
