LEXINGTON, Ky. (January 12, 2026) – Keeana Sajadi Boarman is joining Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC’s (SKO) Lexington office as equity member on Monday, January 12 in the Business Services and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Boarman comes to SKO from McBrayer’s Lexington office and has more than 15 years of legal experience.
Well known in the greater Lexington community, Boarman served as general counsel for Commerce Lexington in 2024 and 2025 and was a member of the Board of Directors for the chamber. Boarman is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law (2008) and Duke University (B.S., economics, 2003).
