Pulliam is a member of SKO’s Business Services Practice, focusing on intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance. She works from the firm’s Louisville office and is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the International Trademark Association.
Loy is a member of SKO’s Business Litigation Practice, focusing on intellectual property, antitrust and lender liability disputes from the firm’s Lexington office. He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®; listed in The Best Lawyers in America®; and is honored as a Kentucky Super Lawyer. Loy serves as past president and is on the board of directors of the Child Development Centers of the Bluegrass. He is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
