Benchmark Litigation named Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC the 2012 “Kentucky Firm of the Year” during the inaugural Benchmark Litigation Awards-South ceremony held in Atlanta, Georgia on March 8, 2012.
The firm’s selection was based upon peer review and research conducted by Benchmark’s research team from November 2011 to January 2012. Awards for Case of the Year, Firm of the Year and Litigator of the Year were presented to law firms from each of the 14 states in the Southern region. In addition to the individual regional awards, firms were recognized for work in seven practice areas as well as diversity and pro bono efforts.

Focused exclusively on the US litigation market, the publication’s rankings and editorials are the result of extensive interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. Benchmark’s independent research is conducted annually between February and June.
